What happens when I hit my plan limit?
You won’t be able to add new users or templates beyond your limit, but existing data is never deleted. Simply upgrade your plan to continue growing — changes take effect immediately.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — no data is ever lost.
Do you support INR payments for Indian customers?
Yes! We offer dual payment gateways: Stripe (USD — cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and Razorpay (INR — UPI, net banking, cards, wallets). Choose what suits you best.
How secure is my Google Workspace data?
Extremely. Each company uses their own Google Cloud service account credentials, encrypted with AES-256-CBC before storage. The platform owner has zero access to your Workspace data, users, or signatures.
