Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TRITON, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Service Description

TRITON provides email signature automation for Google Workspace. The service allows companies to sync users, create signature templates, and deploy signatures to Gmail accounts via the Gmail API.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and Google Workspace service account keys. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. Google Workspace Credentials

You are responsible for creating and managing your own Google Cloud service account. By uploading your service account key to TRITON, you authorize us to use it solely for the purpose of syncing users and deploying signatures on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as indicated at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Plan Limits

Each plan includes limits on the number of users and templates. If you exceed your plan limits, you will not be able to add new users or templates until you upgrade. Existing data is never deleted due to plan limit changes.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use TRITON for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to deploy signatures containing harmful or misleading content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including Google Workspace API outages, network issues, or scheduled maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TRITON is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account administrators. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
